What It Includes:

✅ Showering & Bathing Assistance
Support with safe and hygienic bathing or showering, including washing, rinsing, and drying.

✅ Dressing & Undressing
Help with choosing weather-appropriate clothing and assisting with putting on and taking off garments.

✅ Toileting & Continence Support
Assistance with toileting, changing continence aids, and maintaining hygiene to promote comfort and confidence.

✅ Oral Hygiene Support
Helping participants brush their teeth, clean dentures, and maintain healthy oral hygiene habits.

✅ Hair Care & Grooming
Support with brushing hair, shaving, skincare, and other grooming activities that enhance appearance and self-esteem.

✅ Nail Care
Assisting with safe trimming and cleaning of fingernails and toenails (excluding complex podiatry needs).

✅ Mobility & Transfers
Physical assistance with moving safely around the home, getting in and out of bed, or using mobility aids.

✅ Medication Reminders
Prompting participants to take prescribed medications as scheduled (as per support plan and within scope).

✅ Skincare & Body Care Routines
Application of moisturisers, lotions, and general skin checks to ensure comfort and wellbeing.
